Retail & Small Sites
Any retail or small site with one or more businesses and a shared car park.
#Free Entry #Controlled Exit #With Tickets #Standalone
Probleem
- How to avoid unwanted users?
- How to make sure your temporary users leave your car park within the time you granted without having to recover an RFID card or any other identifier?
- How to restrict access only to your own customers, visitors, suppliers and staff without installing a complex, networked access control?
Oplossing
Entry
Access on presence detection.
Store Reception
Single use ticket, 30 min. Validity stored into the barcode.
Exit
Scan barcode within validity time.
Workflow
- Cars enter the car park on presence detection.
- Before leaving, customers receive at the reception a QR-exit ticket.
- That ticket has a single-use validity of 30 minutes stored into the QR.
- Customers scan their QR ticket at the exit scanner(s).
- The barrier opens automatically within the time validity, stored into the QR.
- The exit scanners memorize the QRs and will not accept them a second time.
Comentaar
- Number of printers and scanners on one site is almost unlimited.
- Offline reportin available via the desktop printer(s)
- Install a Scan&Go PRO scanner column if you want digital/electronic reports and/or if you want the exit to be accessible remotely.
Hotels
